How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies, usually between 5-15 working days.
How can I track my parcel?
A tracking link is sent in the delivery confirmation, either by email or text message. It can take up to two working days from the time you order until the package leaves our warehouse and the delivery confirmation is sent to you. Make sure that the email has not ended up in your junk folder.
How do I return an item?
Provided the return is approved, you will usually receive a refund or your preferred exchange within 14 days of returning the item. If you have chosen invoice, we encourage you to pause it with Klarna to avoid a reminder fee while we process the return!
