TRANSIT & HANDLING TIME FOR UK ORDERS

In general, our shipping time is between 6–15 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as courier availability, public holidays, and international customs processes.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Form at https://brindlebalance.co.uk and we will do our best to assist before your order ships.


CANCELLATIONS

We do not allow order cancellations once an order has been processed. For more details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.


PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival, we recommend you reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately.

If your parcel was delivered while you were not present and you discover damage upon opening, please reach out to our support team via the Contact Form at https://brindlebalance.co.uk. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
